{my little rant about editing photos....scroll to the end to see cute pics of my kids!}
I've always loved taking pictures.
Even as a little girl, there was just something special about snapping photos while making memories.
Through the years I've enjoyed taking pictures of my family and friends,
especially my kids.
That being said, I'm not a photographer, but I do my best.
When I was introduced to Picnik I fell in love with editing my photos.
I was one sad girl when they packed up shop!
Then I found Picmonkey and I was thrilled to be editing again.
I am not so thrilled with the $5.99 a month fee they introduced a few months ago.
Don't get me wrong, I don't expect things to come free.
I'm fine with paying, but Picnik was $25 a year.
$60 a year is a little steep for me.
I have tried Pixlr, Picadilo, Photoscape, Be Funky, Gimp, Foto Flexer and iPiccy but alas, I haven't fell in love with any of them.
Don't hate me if you love one of these editing sites, I'm sure they're mostly great, they're just not for me.
I've given thought to investing in Adobe Photoshop, which is probably a great idea, but I think I'd have to take a class or something because when it comes to technical stuff I'm not so saavy!
Imagine my excitement when I came across Ribbet!
It's just like Picnik! No really, it's just like Picnik!
For the time being it's free. I'm sure they will charge eventually, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there.
Alright, excuse my rambling and check out these cute pics I edited for each of my kid's birthdays using Ribbet.
So fun!
Happy crafting! Happy photographing! Happy editing!
